Certified Organic Ingredients Acne Fighting, Balancing, & Healing 98% Organic The moisturizing and healing properties of pure Shea Butter and skin treatment benefits of Sandalwood Oil balance the powerful natural acne fighting properties of African Black Soap extract. This body treatment balances skin with soothing Oats, healing Aloe Vera and anti-oxidant Vitamin E. In 1992, fresh out of college and without jobs, Rich and Nyema began selling Oils, Incense, Shea Butter and African Black Soap on the streets of New York. Today, Nubian Heritage draws inspiration from many cultures, proudly promoting “”cultural healing”" through organic recipes and fair trade ingredients.

    Posted under soap recipes

I would like several different ones. Also a really good oatmeal soap recipe.

this question has be asked many times:

    http://candleandsoap.about.com/od/soapmakingbasics/Soap_Making.htm

Heres one I use all the time that I got off of Kathy Miller's website (http://www.millersoap.com)

*Rachael's "Tried and True" Recipe (Thanks! to Rachael Levitan)
    48 ounces Crisco (a 3-pound can)
21 ounces Soybean Oil (or Olive, Canola, or a blend of these)
    18 ounces Coconut Oil
    28 ounces of cold water
    12 ounces lye crystals
    Temperatures: 100 degrees

Trace by hand should be in about 20 minutes. Cure about 24-48 hours before cutting. To make an oatmeal soap add 1/4 cup ground oatmeal at light trace

page for step by step instructions: http://www.millersoap.com/soapproc.html

all you need to know can be found on this website: might have to do a little digging/searching but its all there
