You could soak the dishes in vinegar/hot water…. For something more natural… Just don't let them soak too long..

Or try using LESS dishsoap or a few tablespoons of bleach to the water…

Good luck

You could use a large sea shell as a soap dish.
Hot water has the power to clean but not sanitise.

with all the diseases now a days i would use soap, doesnt it irritate your skin or something? try the original blue dawn, not exactly natural but it safe enough to get oil off of birds and bath new born kittens, most soaps can say that

Since you are asking about sanitizing your dishes I assume that you are concerned about how clean your dishes are. The best answer I can give you is to use a good dish detergent to wash your dishes. Most of the modern detergents are biodegradable and they will do a far better job of cleaning your dishes than any natural alternative. Getting your dishes cleaned properly will eliminate both food residues that will suppport bacterial growth and will eliminate any resident bacteria.

Laundry soda (also called washing soda) and very hot water. It's what Grandma used.
